Adobe Photoshop Tutorial - Cross Processing!
1. Open image in Adobe Photoshop.
2. Create a new Curve adjustment layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves) or do this way. (1st Curves)
3. Set setting as below :

4. Create a new Curve adjustment layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves) or do this way. (2nd Curves)

6. Add a Color Fill layer (Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color) and select strong yellow fill color.
7. Set to Multiply Mode
8. Set opacity to 20%
9. Then at last make a minor Brightness/Contrast correction.
10. Done!
